2. Educational purpose

Brandon AI provides independent Salesforce Marketing Cloud education, AI-assisted guidance, and original certification practice materials. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Salesforce, Inc. Practice questions are not actual Salesforce exam questions, and use of the service does not guarantee an exam result, certification, employment outcome, or production result.

3. Accounts and account security

You must provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Notify us through the contact method below if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Free-account communications

By creating a free account, you agree to receive service, educational, support, and promotional messages from Brandon AI and Cypress Learning Solutions intended to provide Salesforce Marketing Cloud help and assistance. You may unsubscribe from promotional email at any time using the link in the message. Essential security, account, and service messages may still be sent.

5. Information and practice history

6. Acceptable use

7. AI limitations

AI-generated information can be incomplete or incorrect. Verify release-sensitive Salesforce details in current official documentation and validate production decisions in an appropriate sandbox. You remain responsible for decisions made using the service.

8. Intellectual property

Brandon AI content, branding, software, and independently authored practice materials are owned by or licensed to Cypress Learning Solutions. Salesforce and related marks belong to Salesforce, Inc. These Terms do not grant permission to reproduce or redistribute protected content except as allowed by law or written permission.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features and may revise these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Disclaimers and liability
