1. Who is responsible for your information

BrandonAI.app is funded and operated by Cypress Learning Solutions. This notice describes how Brandon AI and Cypress Learning Solutions collect, use, and protect information associated with this service.

2. Information we collect

• Account information: email address, authentication identifiers, and profile details you provide.
• Exam-prep activity: practice attempts, selected answers, scores, completion history, and requests for Brandon AI explanations.
• Conversation and request information: questions you submit, selected Salesforce product context, and consultation-request details you choose to provide.
• Technical and security information: request identifiers, IP-derived security signals, device/browser information, logs, and rate-limit events.
• Analytics choices: consent status and limited usage analytics when you choose to allow analytics.

3. How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, save and display practice history, personalize and improve exam preparation, generate requested AI explanations, operate and secure the service, respond to support or consultation requests, understand feature performance, and comply with legal obligations.

4. No sale or third-party marketing

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, or another company’s independent marketing. We may provide limited information to service providers that operate authentication, hosting, database, email, analytics, security, and AI functions on our behalf. Those providers process information to deliver contracted services rather than for their own marketing.

5. Free-account messages

Free accounts include service, educational, support, and promotional messages from Brandon AI and Cypress Learning Solutions intended to provide Salesforce Marketing Cloud help and assistance. Promotional emails include an unsubscribe option. Unsubscribing from promotional messages does not prevent essential account, security, or service communications.

6. Retention

General Brandon AI conversations are designed to expire after 24 hours. Exam attempts and account history are retained so they remain available to the account holder, unless deleted under an applicable request or retention schedule. Final backup-retention periods should be added before this notice is finalized.

7. Your choices and rights

You may decline optional analytics, unsubscribe from promotional email, and request access, correction, or deletion of account information where applicable. Depending on your location, additional rights may apply. We do not require an account to submit a privacy request, but we may need information to verify the request.

8. Cookies and similar technology

Authentication and security technologies are required to sign in and protect accounts. Optional Google Analytics loads only after analytics consent. We do not send exam answers, questions, names, email addresses, or form entries to Google Analytics.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including server-side credentials, authenticated exam-history access, encrypted transport, rate limits, and restricted data access. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

The service is not designed for children under 13. Do not create an account or submit personal information if you are under the minimum age permitted in your jurisdiction without required parent or guardian involvement.

11. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as the service changes. Material updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
